ICI / AILLEURS is a project created in the context of a collective exhibition at 'Video Express' in Bruxelles. It consists in a series of frames extracted from a brief animation. 

The theme around which the project revolves around is the dematerialisation of arts and culture's milieu, especially the word of the moving image.
